OK, 2nd reply from Swagbucks, they are now looking into this technical issue with surveys. :)

How do you take a screen shot? Please excuse my ignorance!! I've done 2 surveys today which end with thanks for your answers, but does not return me to swagbucks to credit me. Is that the best way to query a survey credit?

Whoops, just read back and saw someone has already asked this! Seems I'm not the only one having trouble. Might cash in my SB's cos feeling like the site is not doing so well at the moment.

Saving the URL of the survey is more important but how to take a screenshot below

If you are using a Windows PC then press the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard - it's normally just to the right of the F12 button, then open a image editor - Windows basic in-built one is fine and use 'save as' and give it a name.

I usually crop my image to just the Swagbucks browser window but you don't have to

I did the 50SB mag offer that just required filling in one page of details
also did a quick dashboard on hair curlers.
Easily got target 1 but due to me starting work and having 4 days of 12/13 hours including travel i have no time or energy to go for target 2 anymore
I know world of work pays more but i have 3 days a week i can still go for target 2 but for the days i am working i will just try to get target 1 if i can from now on.
im not giving up my swagbucks or my surveys :p not that easily

    Hiya

what's the difference between target 1 and 2? I thought target one didn't mean much and you needed to get to target 2 to get the weekly/monthly bonus etc-is that not correct?

If it's a mac then press the apple key (command), plus shift plus 3 to take a screen shot. If the sound is on, you'll get a camera shutter sound, so you'll know it's taken and it will appear on your desktop.

no, the first target is what you need to hit everyday if you want a monthly bonus or a 7/14/21 days streak

Has anybody experienced delays in receiving M & S gift cards? I am waiting for two £10 gift cards, both showing as verified on my Order Status. I claimed one on the 9th and the other on the19th of September.

    Any feedback will be appreciated.
