On Reddit the Swagbucks stuff sits within r/beermoney and I think that's a great way to look at this. I've cashed in 2 x £25 Amazon vouchers each month since joining in March, but if you want cash you need more SB etc.
It's great for saving for presents and I use it to buy stuff to help my daughter and sister, but I don't rely on it and couldn't make a living off it.
Also, bear in mind that playing SBTV, encrave, internet radio and any other videos will add up really quickly if you're on a capped broadband deal with a usage limit, and wipe out most monthly limits if you're playing them for long periods at a time. Best to check if you're unsure to avoid potential horrible bills that wipe out anything you do earn.
