I agree with Fragmented that it would be easiest in the future to include a screenshot of your whole desktop in order to make the images "idiot proof", though can't see why they can't check the EXIF data if they choose to be so peculiar about timestamps.

    OK, thanks- good idea!

    Need advice guys.

Managed to find my log in info to the now tv offer i did on swagbucks early june.
Anyway i want to cancel the trial , it was credited at the time so it must have registered.
Logged into the now tv account and my god the site is terrible. Cannot load any account info at all. Nowhere to see if i have a trial or where to cancel.
Some research shows my account is apparently inactive if your info won't load. However i have a trial active.
Total loss what to do. Anyone else had similar issues with this?

Another trial i did experian never credited & i have not even received contact from them yet either.
No evidence of either on bank.
I don't use my bank account anymore & i do surveys to make money. I can't afford either after the trial period. I am even considering closing my bank.

I won't be doing trials that involve my bank details again that is for sure. Neither trials seem legit at all & no way to cancel. It is disgusting really. So they won't be getting a penny off me.

The experian i am not so worried about , they are slow to verify my identity but the sky one class me as an inactive account for some reason so surely legally they cannot take any money if there is no where for me to click cancel?

I don't have any experience with those trials, sorry. But I have been stung in the past with trials and stopped doing them. I recently got a pre-paid credit card and just loaded it with £10 (the minimum required) so I can use that in future without putting my bank account or standards CC's at risk.

My screenshots all show the date and time (it's on my taskbar) and also show plenty of "transaction details", i.e. the website, confirmation that I've taken up the offer, etc. They still sent me that same email.

I wonder if they tell their employees, "We can't pay you this month because you didn't take time/date stamped photos of yourself entering and leaving the building. Additionally, please check that you indeed work for SupersonicAds and not another employer."

I particularly love the bit where they tell you to re-open the ticket, despite the fact that there's no option to do so on their SB tab and the email was sent from a "no-reply" email address.

Thankfully, SB had no trouble crediting me when I emailed them after more than a week without a peep from SS. (SS finally rejected me after 13 days. So much for reviewing my ticket within 72 hours.)

I've sent a complaint to them via their own website and I won't be taking up any more of their offers.

I have a mac and my task bar doesn't show automatically, but macs always time and date stamp the screenshots you take, to the millisecond and they are still rejecting my ticket. You have to go to the offer page and support tab, to re-open the ticket. I did this last night and politely informed them to read the title of the image I had sent them, which contains all the info they are asking for and they sent me 6 rejection emails within hours! They obviously hadn't even checked it! And convenient how it took them months to respond to the original ticket, far longer than the promised 72 hrs.

I too will be forwarding all of this info onto swag bucks and suggesting they remove such an unreliable offer wall. It's obviously a scam.
