Earlier this week, I was told by a Swagbucks rep. to allow 10 business days. They are liaising with MSE over this apparently.
"Please allow 10 business days for this to be credited from the day you completed the offer. We are currently working with MSE so that they issue your credit ASAP!"
You are not alone! I've have had exactly the same thing happen to me. I reached the target for the MSE bonus on 14 June (i.e 10 working days ago) and nothing has materialized on the bonus bucks front. My messages to SB have concluded in the same message as you have received.
Funny how 10 days on the original offer has turned into 10 business days, it's all going a bit Animal Farm!
I've asked for an email contact at MSE to find out what's going on and SB haven't replied.0 -
I chose Henry Cavill. He is Superman after all. I will get my superpowers by proxy.
Also "jeg haaper vi treffes snart igjen" for 6 sb. Was having no luck searching for English terms, so am trying some foreign lingo instead.0 -

Has anyone done the easy offer on the Homepage for ESPN Fan Forum?
It's a simple join and confirm email thing for 40SBs.
I filled out my details but the email confirmation still hasn't come through and there is nowhere to ask them to resend it. The details are all correct as I have checked them.
When I go to ESPN I can't sign up because it tells me my name already exists, so it must have accepted my details.
I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?0 -

Yes, I have and no, I haven't had the credit yet. It's on the Revenue Universe tab, but can't see where you can raise a ticket0 -

Yes I did it about two hours ago. I got the email and confirmed the account and even signed in to make sure it knew I had signed up. No credit yet though. Although when I clicked the link again it says "you may try again tomorrow" so it knows I've clicked through the link.
I think I'll give it until tomorrow to credit and then raise a ticket if it hasn't. Not sure why they haven't sent you a confirmation email though. Maybe they've had an influx of sign ups lol0 -
