Please advise: best new contract for blackberry phone

I have had a Blackberry 8520 for the last 3 years and very happy with it.
I decided not to upgrade at the end of the 24-month contract (Orange through e2Save 300 minutes/unlt txt/250Mb data - effective monthly cost £6.40).
I kept the phone and went for a SIMO offer with topcashback from Vodafone (exact same mins/data etc with effective cost brought down to £5.50

As I am sure that the phone will not last another year, and as I still want to stay with Blackberry, can you please recommend the best contract available right now for:
Blackberry 9320 or similar?

I noticed Orange are doing 500 minutes/unlt txt/250Mb data for £12.
The mobile phone finder on MSE brought up e2Save again with O2 (300 minutes) for £8.87.

Perhaps I'd be better off baying a new 9320 somewhere and getting a different SIM only deal?

As I am with Vodafone at the moment, I can't stay with them (without losing my number).

Also, if its only £3 or £4 more, I quite fancy the Q5 or Q10 models :o

Thanks!
