42inch TV - Non smart/3D

I'm looking for a TV to hook up to my PS4. So it needs to be 1080p as a minimum requirement and would like 42inch or above.
However, as the PS4 provides most of the functionality of a SMART TV and because I'm not interested in 3D TV's, I don't need the features regularly found with the more expensive TVs.
I have looked online for a TV and found this option in another MSE thread (thanks VisionMan and dumpallhere).
£269 for 42 inch LG

Are there similar deals or better TV's for my requirement out there?
I'm going to check my local RicherSounds store tomorrow but it may not stock this TV so may need to look elsewhere.

thanks Lincoln Imp for the suggestion. That is a 720p TV so not suitable but still a great deal for somebody without a PS4.0

KnightSmile - if you're planning to play games on this TV - you do know you need to investigate lag for each set you consider? Finding a 1080p set will be easy peasy, finding a FAST unit will take a bit more time...0
