VALM - even if money was no object I would still cut open the tubes just due to the waste/environment issue.

*drools at the lush stash* So pretty! :smileyhea

    Another OUT from me too:

6 - Simple shampoo - pretty straight forward and gentle on my hubby's scalp. WBA.
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

    Like Lush do you? :rotfl:

I want to do a stash pic now! I might have to, anyone interested in a photo of my stash? :D
I would love to see your stash photo and anybody elses. A few months ago I think it was oxfordowl posted a photo which I really liked.

Woah! You should maybe photograph it at the end of the year before you buy your new stash IYSWIM. How long does it take you to get through all those goodies?
The idea of a photo at the end of the year sounds a good idea. It does not take me that long if I am honest. Bath bombs I go through very quickly and bubble bars. I love my baths and have one every night, actually I love anything that smells nice but the way I see it is it is my one vice I am not in debt and I do try and save money or find a deal where possible. I do stash lush such as twilight shower gel and alot of the bubble bars I have are mostly 20 months or older and yes the bubble bars keep well for years.
I told someone at work today I was going to try shower gel instead of shampoo, they looked at me in horror and said 'you can't do that!' so I know I'm in the right place on this thread :D I may keep my toiletry musings to myself in public!

I was also going to try every other shampoo because I think shower gel might be more drying on the hair. I figure if I can UU an extra 2 shower gels over the year and need to buy 2 less bottles of shampoo it will all have worked out fine :money:
I am going to keep using lush shower gels and I have a few philosophy ones to try as shampoo. I seem to have got shampoos more under control in the last 6 months as I have only bought 1. They all have such similar ingredients that I am sure they will work the same and unless you try it you will never know.

Fab Lush stash Sam, I bet that smellls divine. I do love it when we have pics on the thread - I plan to bore you ladies with photos of my new bathroom if its not too far OT when its finished (fingers crossed) at the end of the month :j:j:j Its my total obsession at the moment.... All I do is Google tiles, flooring, etc, etc..... :o

Thank you for the advice re Lush delivery times, would seem they tried to deliver via UPS today but I was at work, was a bit confused by this as thought they used Royal Mail unless the parcel was over 2kg (mine is apparently 1.6kg) - I'd made a point of checking as Royal Mail is best for me as can collect from PO just down the road, I'm never in for any couriers and the neighbouring property is empty at the moment whilst its refurbished. Getting it redelivered to work instead, I don't usually take parcels at work but thought what the hell, it'll brighten my day up!! :D

Well confession time, I've been at it again and gone and got another Nip + Fab set from Tesco, the Wild Cherry one this time, I can only explain this by saying I think I'm nesting for the new bathroom.... :rotfl:And it works out less than £1 per item, So. Hard. To. Resist!!! Another four IN then, Jan and the £10 spend is going totally to pot! Only question is will I complete the trio and get the spiced apple???? Time will tell :p

Interesting chat about using shower gel as shampoo, has anyone done it the other way round? I've used shampoo as handwash but never tried it as shower gel - the reason I ask is I've got some L'Oreal Everstrong that my hair really doesn't get on with but as its fairly expensive I'm loathe to chuck it, could GA it thought I guess - I love Everpure and expected all the range to suit my hair but this one is a miss for me, Eversleek is good but I still like Everpure this most, haven't tried Everriche but maybe I should stick to what I know works...

Well far be it from me to be a naughty enabler..... :D But yes, they are online too, I was going to say all of the N + F sets, although reduced, were still a bit dearer online than in store but actually the cherry one is the same at £3.75 from £11.95 I think it was originally - its Winter Cherry though not Wild but I'm guessing it'd smell this same! ;) HTH

Hi ladies. Am just bobbing on line whilst waiting for our dinosaur of a PC to update my phone. Have just got new SD card for it as the storage is nearly full again!

Have repainted my nails and am wearing OPI Flower to Flower. Can't be bothered messing with my toe nails tonight though.

Once done I'm going downstairs to watch some TV. Am catching up on Hannibal. Did anyone else watch this? It is so gruesome but I can't seem to stop watching. xx
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I am doing my first PP list.
I pledge not to swap to another product until these items are finished. Some are almost empty but I always find that's when I leave them as they seem to go on forever...:o

    1. Anthony cleanser
    [strike]2. EH eye serum[/strike]
    [strike]3. Caudalie radiance serum[/strike]
    4. Caudalie night cream
    5. SBC collagen gel
    6. MB exfoliating cleanse bar
    7. LE hand repair
    8. Pantene perfect curls shampoo
    [strike]9. Head & shoulders itchy scalp conditioner[/strike]
    10. Percy & Reed no oil oil.
    xx

    One more PP UU today...

Caudalie radiance serum 10ml - WNBA, this was a GWP. I did not like the fragrance, it reminded me of Ready Brek with perfume added!
It also made my skin tingle when applied. I didn't like that, I don't mind a skin tingle with a toner or mask but not a serum.
I am missing my Collin Collagen Gel but I shall be good and not open a new jar and use up another sample serum first.

    Sam, wow, wow, wooooooow! :rotfl:

Oooh nice tip, a Tiger store has just opened up near me and I love it! Do you know what the product's called?

I *think* it's something like Lip Tube Squeezers - they're usually in the bathroom section but you might have to search a bit.

I do love Tiger though, they have loads of brilliant bits like that plus some great little home accessories. I always go in there to browse and end up wanting to buy everything!
