New Balance Active Wear Top from Special K

Hi all,
I have two codes and one won't work - it appears I might have used it before.
It's a long shot but does anyone have one unused code Special K running top code they could give me, please?
Thanks, fellow forumites.

I really wish I hadn't been sucked into this promotion. The sizings are in US size (large = XL) and they're quite hideous (2 toned (the back is an awful red)). Not only that but I had to wait nearly 2 months for delivery (admittedly it said it would take up to 90 days) and I have no idea how it cost £2 for a tiny package to come via ordinary post!
I feel like such a mug!!!
I emailed Kellogg's to let them know I was unhappy:
"My "free" (£2 p&p) active top finally arrived this morning after waiting nearly 2 months for it!
I had used the sizing guide and followed the advice on sizing and ordered a large. I feel that the sizing guide is very misleading and a large is humongous!
I have noticed that on the label in the top that a large is also a US large and from past experience with buying clothing in the states that when a piece claims to be large out there that it is in fact one size larger than UK sizes (e.g a large would be XL to us)
This top is so baggy on me and I usually am a large but if I had known that your sizes were American sizes then I would've opted for a medium.
I don't have any more promotion packs but I'm also unwilling to pay another £2 for a two toned (also looks a little odd) top and to wait another 2 months for delivery.
I really don't know what to do with this top now other than use it as a duster!"

Thankfully it didn't take too long for a response from Kellogg's, but there was no apology whatsoever in the email I received back and I certainly don't want to spend another £2 on a hideous, ill-fitting top!

Dear Miss ###,
Thank you for contacting Kellogg’s regarding the Special K New Balance promotion.
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse you for the top, nor are we at liberty to make exchanges. This is due to both tax reasons and the scale of the promotion.
As a gesture of goodwill we can provide you with 2 more codes towards the purchase of another top. The codes can be found below.

As per the consumer contracts regulations, you must provide me with a refund covering the cost of delivery I expect this to be paid within 14 days as per the above regulations.
Furthermore, I would like to express my disgust at the tone used in your initial response. I will highlight this to my local media and across social networks.
Yours,
