I ordered mine and got a receipt from paypal but not from Special K. Did anyone else get one? Also, 90 days is a long time to wait!0

I ordered one using MasterCard and although the website states I would receive an email I haven't either.0 -

I've just entered the codes and was told they are invalid- tried upper case, lower case. Any suggestions?0
