Yes I would do that. It's not your fault if the codes don't work or aren't legible. They should sort it out.

I called them on the 0800 number and they took a few details from me about the packet purchased with code on that I was having issues with. They then issued me with another code - simple and straightforward. I must've entered the original code 100 times trying different letters! Annoying!

I cant find the code in the box,There is a code on the small flap inside the top of the box.It begins with K followed by 9 numbers which is obviously not right if it is all letters (?)

Does anyone have the customer service number?

Its inside. Did you check there? Rip the box apart, probably its easier.

I wonder what these tops will be like quality and fitting wise? I've obviously seen the images on the boxes but I've a feeling they're going to be really small made! Hope not!

Have you looked at their website and size chart.
They look pretty expensive and good quality to me.
