I switched gas and electric supplier on 6th November from Scottish Power to Npower. At the time I didn't really look into the level of customer service etc from Npower and to be honest I wish I had not switched to them as I have had problems already.
Would it be wise to switch away already even though I have not been with them for more than 2 months?
Any advice would be appreciated,

You can commence a further switch any time you like-it will take 4-5 weeks. However if your new tariff has an ETC then you will have to pay that charge. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
