Apparently you can submit your readings to npower online. Oh really?

I had the same during my switch - twice I submit readings on request, but eventually they've gone with estimated readings instead for the switch. As the readings were in my favour (charging more to my old cheaper supplier) I left be. Now I'm fully set up I've since provided readings again and the system has accepted them and shows them when I log back in. However, it also said I'd get a bill based on the readings - a week later, nothing. Hey ho...0

npower representative - Would npower care to contact me as to whether they're going to update my account?
I emailed you about the date (you wanted a reading from the year 2000 for some reason) & you responded, asking for my meter readings (up to date ones), so i provided you with these ... WITH photographs of the meters. You haven't responded as to whether you've received these, whether you're going to update my account or whatever. My account still reads as though there's been no readings put in to it.
Not very good customer service.0
