I had same problem with T Mobile despite numerous conversations and emails to return phone. My Sony SP had rubbish wifi reception which even Sony advised returning the phone.
My wife also had same upgrade and same problem with her Sony SP but her bag came straight away but mine never came.
They obviously have a system problem because I don't believe all the people that I spoke did nothing
Anyhow the special bag just has a label on with a barcode and you still have to pay postage. So I returned mine special delivery using that address with letter inside. About 3 days after return I got a text saying they had it. Both my wife and I never got called to arrange another upgrade and they never put us back on old tariff. We instead had to chase and after the hassle I left
I can't remember the returns address but think it was Milton Keynes
I would just ask for it when you ring next0 -

Wrong. Not all calls are recorded. Only 1 or 2 in 10 calls are recorded and they are kept for only 10-14 days or so.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
Day 27 and finally a bag has arrived! Wrapped the phone in a full roll of bubble wrap and going to post it tomorrow afternoon.0
