How much does great flooring add to property value?

Hi All, Wondering if there are any property experts out there who might be able to help with this. I live in a 2-bedroom city centre flat in Manchester. The building is a new development (we bought from the developer). I'm wondering how much new flooring might add to the value of the flat? I appreciate it's a complex issue…
