If it's got the nike symbol on it then it's genuine. They wouldn't let their symbol be put on an inferior made shirt as it reflects badly on the brand.
All arsenal shirts* should be made from Nike and be no different no matter where you buy it.
*Although player shirts are actually differently made and are better quality.
