Hi, hoping someone can help me as I know that the terms of the claim process are designed to catch you out...
The terms for the first claim say:
I was connected on 1 March 2007. I therefore need to send in the bill showing that I am connected on 1 July, 4 months after connection.
I have just received my fourth bill, dated 17 June 2007. This includes payment in advance of line rental for 17 June-16 July.
Arguably this is the one showing that I am (or will be?) connected on 1 July. On the other hand my next (fifth) bill will show that I was connected on 1 July, as it will list calls etc for the period 18 June to 17 July.
So do I need to send in this bill or do I wait for the next one?
Any help very gratefully received.

Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months. i.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection

Fed up ewith this question many times a day - see threads on the company! The answer IS the July bill - the first which actually DOESW show that you HAVE been co9nnected for at least 120 days (as opposed to WILL be!!!).0
