    Morning all,

Welcome Mazdaa. Nice to have you on board. Weather pretty dire here too I was going to go out but I thought better of it.

Not much to add from me today (or yesterday for that matter). Things are pretty slow going here.

Anyone heard from Hilstep? I hope all went/is going well with her at the hospital.

    Lasagne for tea I think.

    Have a good day all,

Well my mum went home last night, if I'm honest I'm not at all happy with her as the other day she said she was coming down to spend the day with my Ds on his birthday, well she then decided to come 2 days earlier than planned without any notice, and go home a day earlier!! without even leaving DS a birthday card or anything, I know money is tight for us all but even if she said she couldnt afford a card I'd have given her the money to buy him one if she was that skint!, the cheeky madam even asked before she went home if we were going to let him have his birthday cake so she could have a piece, to which I replied NO, its Jack's birthday tomorrow so that is when he'll have his cake! .... I'm so sorry to be ranting this early in the morning but she has really upset me.

It's very difficult sometimes , you know what they say , you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family.
My mum can be extremely insensitive , and she definitely favours my sisters boys over my DDs . As long as DS has you he will be fine , he will get all the love he needs , but I know how hurtful and frustrating it is (()hugs))) to you x

Back from work and my b00ts sale stuff has arrived :j I use them for birthday pressies throughout the year , saves me a fortune :money:

Washer is on will tidy up and do some ironing when I've finished my cuppa

    Welcome back Malefic.
We went to the garden center to spend hubby's gift voucher & then he treated me to lunch at a nearby pub.
I'm now sat with my feet up watching hubby fight with 10mts of 3mt wide bubble wrap & strong winds!
No more food needed for either of us today, so feet up, under a quilt & back to the crochet flowers.
    Hugs Hester
    Chin up, Titus out.
