O2 Billing issue
Hi everyone, I'm in need of a little help.
In Feb of this year with my contract being one year old already £350 was paid into my 02 business account from an unknown person. I called O2 and let them know I didn't know anything about it but I was told there wasn't an issue and not to worry about it. I was obviously overjoyed at not having to pay my bill with O2 for some amount of time and after being told there was no issue by an O2 representative I carried on as normal, watching the depleting credit on the account.
About 3 months ago I called to make a payment t to the account as the credit had depleted and my card details had changed. S I called O2 business and spoke to a very nice lady who said my bill was £150 (I spend a lot on my phone so I thought this was a little irregular but paid anyways)
I got home from dropping my daughter off at school and checked the online banking to start the bill paying when I had noticed £450 had been taken. The cheque paid in had now been found to be that of another O2 user and had been moved back from my account to his/hers and had left me feeling a bit hung out to dry!
I spoke to them a few times through the online chat which was getting me nowhere so I called the numbering was given for cs who again were not so helpful. S I asked for the collections dept and got through to the account management dept by mistake. Now This team know what they are doing, and have been Very helpful.. They helped me get the amount refunded and to make payments against the account which at first was fine until I called to make the said payment and I was told I would need to pay the full back balance.
This has been ongoing and although they have let me only pay my monthly bills I can't help but feel I'm getting duped into paying for someone else's mistake.
Sorry for ranting, I just wanted to give people the whole story.
Any help would be good

I don't quite understand what you want.
£450 written off by O2? No chance.
You have to pay this amount, and the best you can expect is to be allowed doing this in installments. However, I don't think that O2 are obliged to allow you this.0 -
Fair enough. Wasn't looking for an easy escape, I just wasn't sure if there was anything I could do to argue the case.0
