Anthemion Auctions are just off Newport Rd in Cardiff and hold regular auctions ranging from general sales to fine art etc. usually well attended (I have both bought & sold with them) personally I'd suggest you look around the Vale of Glamorgan depending on what type of property you want you could start with a 1 bed house @ £55,000 in Barry or a 3 bed ex RAF house in St Athan @ £90k and loads of options in between.Win's so far: Cadburys Mini Eggs £1.09 Pentel Goody Bag £10 , M&S Luxury Hamper £45, 10,000 Tesco clubcard points (£100) :j0

Try looking at Penarth as well, it's by the sea just outside cardiff. Not sure of house prices though.
Way too high for me unless i buy a Homes under The Hammer type place (usually called a wreck) or one of those holiday chalets!

Have a look at postcodes NP26, NP44, NP19 and surrounding areas and depending if you don't mind an extra 20 minute drive, have a look at Lyndey/Blakeney which is just over the border into Gloucestershire from Chepstow on the A48.From September 2008 - Wepromiseto £133.19, Greasypalm £46.16, Quidco £519.78, Cashback Kings £74.54.
