Hi,
I know it says on the Vodafone website that they will not negotiate upgrades unless you have less than 60 days to run on your contract but i'm just wondering whether anyone has been able to finish their contract earlier than that.
I really want the Nokia N95 phone and was hoping to get one soon,
Thanks

Looks like you've already found your answer. I've just taken out an 18 month contract with 3 and was told I could have an upgrade on month 16. Looks like Voda is much the same.**woody123** wrote: »Hi,

u can lower your tariff and pay it off for the remaning 4 months ....
they take the first month in advance so u wont pay for ur last month
so u only need to reduce it to 25 quid and then pay it off for the last 4 ...because they take a month in advance you will only pay 75 quid....0 -
I'm nearing the end of an 18 month on Vodafone too. Website does say 60 days but i found if you ring customer services they will do 70 days. Not much better but may be worth phoning them and talking through you options.0

Hi Woody123
Working for Vodafone, I can tell you the official upgrade policy is 70 days before the end of your contract if you do it over the phone, or 60 days if you go into a store0
