mobile phone charges
vodaphone took 130£ from my bank account as they were unable to take their monthly payment initially and then proceeded to charge fees for trying x3 times over the month. never received an alert that the payment was due and neither an alert that payment had not been received at all. what are my rights to get the money back ? they have taken it now but have said I must present the evidence (bank account) at vodaphone shop. I want to get the charges back or at least 1/2 of them. can you help

Vodafone have already told you what you need to do in order to get the charges refunded.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -

If they have taken more than the amount they billed your for, simply call your bank and ask for a refund under the DD guarantee. However, if after the refund you owe them any money you have to pay it by other means.0 -
