Still waiting(3month) for my upfront Line Rental refund from TalkTalk

Hi
Can someone please help me get my line rental money back, I'm sick of the stress of calling, holding and going around in circles to chase and get it back!
After experiencing many problems with TalkTalk broadband and then with customer service I cancelled my order. The facts are I signed up in September 2013, paying an upfront years value line rental (£114) and I didn't once have it 'go live'.
I was advised that a credit for the line rental and that, as obviously I didn't receive the broadband service at all!
When I phone call to service centre, they said that “You will get money back after 28 days”.
Last 3 months all the same conversation with talktalk customer service.
This afternoon phone call again but still not refund processing on.
So anyway I'm still waiting for my Value Line Rental refund from TalkTalk. Help!!!
Thanks.

Why are you doing this on the phone? Still on the phone at 3 months? That is 2 months you have let slide by without taking the thing further

Write a letter, keep a copy. Tell them you expect the money back within 21 days. If they don't comply, send them another, headed 'letter before action', telling them that if they do not pay by a date 21 days into the future, you will take legal action. If they still don't comply, take them to court.

Keep this thread posted with outcomes and people will try to guide you through.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
