Received CCJ claim form from on behalf of Parking EYE

I ignored all correspondence from PE and have now received a claim form issued 17th Dec 2013. This fine was 5th July and of course they have waited until JUST before Xmas to issue it and this is close to my 14 days to respond and pay up!!!
I was attending a Housing meeting at the local Housing office; the appointment over-ran and I'm not in a position to pay this.
I ignored the Newlyn PCN and they went away; I thought the same ting would happen if I ignored the PCN from Parking EYE.
Any advice please; I am brand new to MSE forum.

Nope you have 14 days to acknowledge it online (done in minutes). The defence can be done within 28 days of service of the papers.
Have you started your own thread yet? PLEASE DON'T STAY/REPLY ON THIS THREAD AS IT'S NOT YOURS.
Have you looked at the hundreds of PE small claim threads on pepipoo?

Tons of advice, example defence wording, and cases won and lost to read there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

youd be better off starting a new thread. in breif you must contact the court to work out how to pay this off/get it set aside. then we can work on how to reverse the peverse decision, and get your money back./cancell the CCJ.
In whose car park was this, start a new thread with that info.
in the meantime read this http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/northumbria-nhs-stiffs-patients-for.htmlFrom the Plain Language Commission:

For a minute I thought the OP had actually returned.0

My CC is for the Parking Charge Notice. I have not acknowledged the invoice outstanding nor paid it
My gripe is that I've had no correspondence between 15th July and 20th December. I feel this is intimidating - just before xmas when time is of the essence.0 -

Have you acknowledged the claim and stated you wish to defend all?0 -

Is the paper that you have received entitled either "Claim Form" or "Judgment for Claimant"?I ignored all correspondence from PE and have now received a claim form issued 17th Dec 2013. If the papers are entitled "Claim Form" and it was issued on 17 December then you have 14 days from the date that you received it to respond - and so you still have time.
Was the claim form issued from some other county court of from Northampton? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
