Well done, now just to cover your back, send a one-liner to VCS based on your complaint and the fact the retail park has cancelled it so you require their confirmation and if they continue to pursue you it will be harassment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
