MBNA Issue with Default

I'll go give this noddle a try!
I'm sort of glad I'm not alone (obviously I'd rather no one be in this situation)
So it seems I'm just best to write to ask for my cca and just keep paying?
It's up to you.
How much do you owe?
If you have a letter saying they can't find the CCA, no point in sending another request. Just remind them of the contents if they get pushy and that if you don't pay, nothing they can do legally.:beer:0 -
I don't have it, so I will request it, just to be sure. To be honest the last letter I had red the default said they would be in touch with what was going to happen next, hence me asking
I always had my card within limit, but with me asking to reduce payments and all this happening it's rocketed up from £3800 ish to £5200.
Just really like to know where I stand, non of my other creditors are anywhere near as difficult as these guys!!!0 -
Just send them a CCA request. If they write to you before sending a valid one, just reply asking where the CCA is.
If they can't provide a CCA after 14 days, then the account is unenforceable until they do.:beer:0
