UKCPS Ticket, England. What to do?

never say never, as they may say they never received your appeal
if its still outstanding in 6 years time, then its over , until then it could escalate at any time0 -
UKCPS replied to my 1st appeal after 25 days if memory serves, with a refusal and asking for any further info.
This breaches the BPA code in 2 ways, they should have replied within 14 days and also they should not be asking for a "2nd appeal/further information".
They might pretend to have sent a reply (which has 'obviously' got lost in the post) but I am not sure when or if to start chasing.cheers

You're kidding, 6 years? We'll have probably moved by then! Lol.
So, realistically, might they just not respond, seeing as we paid for all but about 20 mins of parking charges?
I can't believe they haven't replied.0 -

Just to check - the registered keeper does live in England or Wales?0 -

If this is a keeper who is in England/Wales then you are allowed a POPLA code and a timely response, of course. I would email the BPA to complain that UKCPS haven't responded to an appeal and you haven't got a POPLA code yet even though you are the registered keeper and you know you are entitled to appeal to POPLA. I would do this just in case UKPCS are planning to pretend they 'already replied' and the clock could be ticking on your POPLA code, unbeknown to you.

So thank you -

It's been a long time with nothing much happening here. UKCPS are litigious and I can't see them just letting this slip away.
They might argue they've responded and you've ignored. You need to watch for court papers coming through your letterbox, nothing has stopped UKCPS dishing them out previously.
If you get these you must NOT ignore them. Get back to us then. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
