Travelling Saturday 15.02 to Saturday 22.02 is now extremely expensive due to the demand for flights but if you don't mind getting a connecting flight in Europe then the overall price can be much lower or alternatively spend more on accommodation.

For example, it is possible to fly from Stansted to Bremen in northern Germany ( 17 pounds one way & 1 hr flight time) with Ryanair then take a low cost onward flight to the canaries. Ryanair fly from Bremen to Tenerife and return on Saturdays.

Iberostar Bouganville Playa or Dalias in Tenerife Costa Adeje with half board option are both heavily discounted during that week if booking via Thomas Cook (hotel without flights).
