Free drinks after 2PM at the theme parks. It was removed though because people abused it and change to a 2 for 1 offer. Although, Merlin should have done more really to stop the abuse of the offer by issuing vouchers for free drinks at the gate would have been an idea.

Well, I never knew that! Ho hum.

Just check the restrictions suit your requirements if going for the standard passes.

Was going to do a London trip during school summer holidays - and all the London attractions can't be visited with the standard pass 1 - 31 August.

Always look at this pass every year, and never quite commit! If you live close to the M25, this is a real bargain as you have some many choices close by to use it.

Think I'll stick to my 2 for 1 and Tesco options when we do go.

Me and a couple of my friends want to get some passes and we would obviously like to get the cheapest price, would this work, or would different surnames be an issue? Can you each use your pass separately as well as together?
Hi that's fine. I have friends who have done this, as long as there is a minimum of 3 and no more than 3 over 12 years old.

So - I could get a family pass for me and my 2 children and a single friend.
Would my single friend be able to use it on their own, or would they need another adult and child or 2 children with them??

    confused - easily done :)

Your single friend can use his/her pass on his/her own - each person in the "family" has their own pass.

Anyone know if one person pick up on behalf of everyone, with no one else present, if photos are uploaded in advance?

If you send in photo's, then I think they post the passes out to you. The disadvantage, is the pass is valid from date they process, rather than if you colect (and hove photos taken on the day), the pass is then valid from 1 year from the first visit. not sure if it affects, but if your not planning on visiting until april, then it is a way of extending the pass out 4 months into 2015 vs ordering and sending photos in.

I was told that if you choose to pick up at venue then the passes start from the day u pick them up regardless of whether you have sent the photos or not. I hope this is the case
