Given the choice I would go to the London Eye ticket office which is right by the Aquarium...one year I stood for (literally) over an hour whilst the aquarium tried to sort my tickets out. London Eye office are much more on the ball.

Perfect thanks, we are hoping to get onto the Eye tomorrow. My son has refused to date (6 trips), however I am pretty sure I can bribe him with money this time around, LOL, once he gets on there I am sure he will have a fab time.

  • I took DLA letter in but I would think Blue Badge will be fine as it has your photo on so you can prove it is yours. I would call them to double check but I am pretty sure that a blue badge is enough proof of disability.

    Thank you very much :)

Does anyone know if you buy a family pass whether you can activatevthem at different times, or is it one voucher? We have two children with passes expiring in April and three of us with Merlin memberships which are a year old in august so ideally would activate two in April and the rest in the summer? Think this is highly unlikely to be the case though?

We had the same problem. We exchanged for passes on the same day, all passes had individual expiry dates in line with the original expiry dates. This time I have let 3 expire and will then exchange to get all 4 with the same expiry date going forward as it does make things easier.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Talking to sister about this today

The fasttrack that's included with the premium pass - is that 1 fast track in whichever park you choose for the entire year or 1 fast track per park?

Have gone to buy these online as we are a family of 3 and were planning to go to Alton towers and Legoland this year (at £100 each on their own so already over £100 saving!) plus we live on Warwick Castle doorstep and not far from Birmingham sealife!

However, when I've gone to buy it takes me to Warwick castle site (as I selected collection from there?) but is charging me £300! (I obviously haven't paid yet!) Has anyone else found this? And how did you go about getting it down to the correct sale price?

EDIT: Nevermind. Found the answer after reading everything again for the umpteenth time. Its £99 per person in the family, not for a family of 3. Thought it was too good to be true!
