new smartphone

I am in need of a new phone. My last was the Huwaei that a few of us on the board got excited about only to be disappointed.

I need to be able to expand memory. I need to be able to tether my tablet to it. I have up to £250 to spend but would rather spend less of course. I love Android. Dream phone is a Note 2 but out of my price range. I like big screens and drop bigger things less it seems :o

I really want a decent phone that will still work well in 2 years. I am on the tesco sim only plan so don't want a contract.

Does sale bargains stretch to phones? Please point me in the right direction.

  • As you're a Tesco customer take a look at the Moto G phones at Tesco. Many people are raving about them and the technical review websites say the the Moto G is one of the best on the market.
    8GB model £99 and 16GB model £129.
They're not expandable though but 16Gb should be enough for most needs. Specs are very good for the price and as they're Motorola they are now part of Google who bought the company so they're running Android.

Moto G if you can get one is highly rated as a budget phone .
