Very true - life's not a dress rehearsal. We don't get to go round again and do it differently, so make it count

Try joining U3A (university of 3rd age) loads of activities, very reasonable joining fees with like minded people. You can do something different every day of the week. I have recently joined and I am amazed how friendly everyone is - newcomers are made very welcome.

Have a safe place to come back to that is yours. It may be an overgrown pigeon loft but so long as it is yours, it is somewhere to come back to.

Then venture out - travel, study, volunteer - the world is your mollusc!

Do nothing that hurts anyone & don't let them hurt you, but go on out & find fun!
