I signed up for a trial to this website creator company after seeing an TV advert. My god I wish I hadn't as it's been nothing but trouble since! I tried to cancel the trial as I didn't like it, which I did over the phone but since proceeded to take payment. When I rang them about it they said I cancelled outside the trial period but I was always convinced I did. There was so reasoning I have since been paying £5.99 a month for nothing basically, until such a time as I can cancel this contract I'm tied in.
Today I notice they have taken another payment but this time for £11.99!! I'm fuming. I have since sent this message below.
You are quite frankly the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life!
I'm paying for something I'm not even using! It was advertised as easy and I decided I can't get my head round it I tried to cancel it as it wasn't for me and you then proceed to tell me I was in a 12 month contract. So not only you disgustedly continue to take money from each me month for something I haven't even used or ever intend to us! You Now take money that doesn't even belong to you!!!!!!! I pay £5.99 a month for this rubbish and you have just deducted a payment for £11.99. I can't deal with your call centre as every time I contact you, your staff are rude and have not a single ounce of customer service!
As you are not complying with the terms of our agreement you can take this email as a polite way of me asking you to terminate this contract!
If you take any more money off me for a service I do not in any shape or form use. I shall take this matter further, you have had enough money out of me already.
I await your reply.

I have absolutely no idea what to do! I feel like I'm being bullied it's awful.
Please advise if you can, i would greatly appreciate it. I have no idea where I stand, I just feel horrible about it.

Essence is a dispute they say you took out a contract as you failed to cancel within the required period .
You are convinced you cancelled within the required time scale .
When did the trial start when did you cancel and what proof do you have of that .

I think ranting and raving will get you nowhere. Quick.
You also say there is a contract in your email and post. If you are contracted to a term and you're not smart enough to figure out a service (eg working a Sky remote control) then that's your fault in most cases.
How are they taking the money? If it's direct debit cancel and ignore them. If you are using some other type of payment don't do that again and learn.
If you did cancel within a period they offered then stop paying them as I said. Cancel the card/account whatever it takes.0 -

I cancel DDs all the time. It's a very powerful control.
"Credit" I assume you mean credit-worthiness. So let companies essentially steal money so you have "credit"?
