Disconnected!!!

I bought a Nokia E61 with free satnav as it was £20 permonth and would be usefull for work. I had it about 3 days, my OH went to Spain motor biking round the Picos and I tried to txt him from new phone, wouldnt work so tried to phone him, wouldnt work. I phoned 3 (india?)who said bank info was wrong so phone had been disabled. The first payment wasnt due until the following week and I had heard nothing from them, they said they had text me but the phone had never received any texts, I asked why they didnt phone the phone before they disconnected it, I would have answered, and sorted the problem, he didnt know. I sais I would return it as I was still less than 14 days into the contract, He said you cant as you have used it!!!
I asked for his supervisor, he didnt have one, si I asked for CS to ring me they didnt.

I tried again 2 more times from my landline still nothing, they havent rang me back, they havent written to me or called me on my work mobile phone number. which I gave them .

I have the phone still in the box

what should I do? shuda stuck with 02

any suggestions
