Problems with Halifax

Hello, I have 3 accounts with Halifax. An Easycash account I've been using years, an Online Saver account, and another new Easycash account.
The new Easycash account.. I tried to apply for a Current Account, got turned down and they offered another Easycash account. So they sent out the agreement in the post and I posted it Sunday.
Just messed up online. I tried to transfer money from my Online Saver to the old Easycash account I've been using years, and sent it to the new one by mistake.
I tried to transfer it out, to the old Easycash or back to the Online Saver and I got error saying it couldnt be completed and to call.
I just did, and they said that as the account isnt fully open, they are unable to transfer it out for me, despite letting me transfer it in.
When I went into the Branch earlier in the week to request a card for it, they said they couldnt as I hadnt signed the agreement. And the telephone people just said the only people who can help arent there until after 8.
I'm skint and a bit worried now that I'll have to wait until the receive the forms back and process it. Oh btw the branch when I went in, said I couldnt sign the agreement and complete the application there as I applied for it online.
Surely if I take enough ID with me to the branch tomorrow they'll just let me transfer it out?
If they say no, what about if I say I wish to close the account, what or how quick could I get the funds.
Just a bit worried cause I owe some family money tomorrow and they are relying on it.

You will need to resolve this today. Nothing will happen on a Saturday.
Your money will be in some sort of holding account.
I'd ring them, clarify that you're complaining and stress the need to resolve today.

Hi, thanks. I called them and explained it all, that I was unable to complete the application in the branch. Anyway they took it all as a complaint and gave me £25 in compensation + £5 for my phone call.. would never have asked or expected anything so I was very grateful.
I went into the branch, alot of work getting it done for the staff but they were able to just pay me over the counter in the end, so all is good. I was still unable to just sign the T&C in branch though, still say it needs to be done via post because I applied online.0
