2014 £2 savers club #3 - I've no idea, but the pig is beginning to get mighty heavy

Nice job omo, can u add me to april bday please. 23rd. :)

    Mission for this year;

    Birthday list
    Christmas list

Work out budgets for each, aim to come in under for everything and pocket the money in my new money box to spend on either family's day out next Christmas or to pay for the food.

I have 15k debt including next year's tax bill to clear or save for so I am on a mission to cut back and cut costs without being cheap.

All the family were thrilled with their gifts yesterday and more than on commented on how generous I had been. Lol. If only they knew that everything bar ds xbox was sale or reduced or bogof and that overall I averaged a 30% reduction in retail price. Next year I aim for 50%.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

    2015 £2 saver #188 = £45

    Good morning all!

I've lurked on the last two threads but have made an early New Year's resolution to join in this time.

Thank you for the new thread OMO - that's one of my favourite Christmas songs.

I hope yesterday was a successful end to all your preparations and that your efforts were appreciated!

Happy Boxing Day and good luck to anyone who's sale shopping today!

    Good Morning betasam welcome aboard.

If you have been lurking that long you know the rules. Once your out of Lurkdom you cannot return.

No sale shopping for me. The kids want mainly money next year. And I cut my people list right down to 8. And that's including ds, dd and Fm. :)
  • Omo you are fab. Hope everyone had a fantastic time. Im having a lazy day with lots of dvds and games to look at in more depth. Love to all x
  • thanks omo!

In again here. Have set up new bank account to save for next year. I only buy for dh dd1 and dd2 and have 3 secret santas usually and then teacher pressies. So not too bad.

  • Well I'm here, I fell behind a little last year but it's very important that I keep my head on straight for 2014 as we hope to buy a house and I also recently found out that if all goes well there will be a 3rd member of our household by August :)
I'm off to read the rest of the 2013 thread then I'll be back to get organised. Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday, Happy Birthday Pigpen
