OMO - Wow! Woopsy... but that is pretty awesome at the same time! x
Night night all

well done b-e-g
brilliant loss.. lol at nanamia calling me an expert though lol i've lost just under 5 stone but its been hard going (put on 8lbs recently due to comfort eating but hoping i've turned a corner to get that off again now) IF you need any help then just hollar
I've woken to the sound of cow's mooing... joys of living in the country i guess lol dd4 asked to go see them again today (new babies in the fields with their mums, though i'm hoping the mooing isn't cause they've removed the babies as she'll be gutted already lol)
Regards my dad, i've written a card which if i see my brother before he goes i shall ask him to pass on. if not i'll see if i can get his address and post .... maybe. i've unblocked him on fb and he has my email and home address anyway (my dd2 has never had him blocked on fb) so he has plenty of ways to get hold of me if that is what he really wanted.. Enough of that though.
I've got one more bday to buy for (well until oct) so shall be putting money back for 3 main xmas pressies the next couple of months (think moto g phones for the girls and the new disney infinity game for dd 3)Totally debt free wohooo 2014

morning everyone, I is back from the jollies, and had a wonderful time, despite the tube strike. Good to see that we are all still hi-kicking and dancing. Mrs G I feel for you, my DSIL had the same problems with her father, and although she made the decision that was right for her , other family members persuaded her to change her mind. She wishes she had stuck to her decision, now.
Nanamia, great to see you back, just like you to go on a pool hunt without a net!
B-E-G, well done, you, I think that the 7.5 you lost found me, too many lovely afternoon teas!
OMO I think that dog is fabby, reacting to spiders like I do.
Waiting now for Skype, and, DS1 is out there for another year, so China in June is back on the cards.0 -
Own_My_Own wrote: »I made a bit of a mistake today. Not really a bad mistake, but a silly one. Fingers has a little electric quad bike at his house and he loves it. I saw one on FB for £10 yesterday and bought it. I went shopping today and filled the boot of the car then went off to collect his new toy. Only it wasn't a little kids electric quad bike. It was a bloody massive kids electric quad bike. He will still be riding aged 10. :rotfl:
We had to empty the whole car and put the seats down, then squeeze everything else round it. :rotfl:
Fingers will grow into it OMO :rotfl::rotfl:freespirit66 wrote: »BEG wow 7.5 lbs what did you do chop your arm off???? that is fab well done
I think most of it must have been down to the fact I kept running to the loo. Not done that as much this week so it will probably only be a little loss this week (hopefully will be a loss and nothing else)msgigglewick wrote: »well done b-e-gbrilliant loss.. lol at nanamia calling me an expert though lol i've lost just under 5 stone but its been hard going (put on 8lbs recently due to comfort eating but hoping i've turned a corner to get that off again now) IF you need any help then just hollar
Wow great loss msgigglewick you have done absolutely brilliantly. :T. I bet that 8lbs wont be around for too long once you get back in the zone. The gain is perfectly understandable.
Did a little bit of housework this morning and some little bits of washing. It was chucking it down this morning but seems to be drying up a bit now. Think I will dedicate the rest of the day to stitching and catching up with stuff on the box that we have recorded. Going to give Prey a go as it is back on tonight.
Enjoy the weekend everyone

I've come to a complete standstill at e moment and have to admit I've done the 5:2 diet this week, Monday will show if it's done any good. Still got 7-10lbs I'd rather not be hanging onto!
xxx
I'm doing the 5:2 diet as well Nanamia, how are you finding it? I find it helps if I have a really bad week, I don't gain weight because my overall calories are down from the fasting. Still struggle a bit with the actual losing though!blue_eyed_girl wrote: »Yep Nana, 7.5lbs loss for week one. Was going to treat myself to some choccie egg when I got back after weigh in (as a reward you understand) and then realised it was after 9pm and I had to fast from then for blood tests on Tuesday morning. So the egg is still intact - been longingly looking at it all week so I will try again after next Monday wi. I have eaten the little flakes that were with the egg (counted them in of course). I seem to struggle with the whole group thing - don't mind listening about everyone else's losses and gains but I just feel awkward/embarrassed when it comes to my turn.
Great to hear you have been out and about with DH :T

That is amazing well done! I know how you feel about group weight loss - have never quite braved that one myself.
Happy birthday pixtotts
Well the sun has gone here and taken my mojo with it. Planned to have a day of cleaning yesterday, ended up finishing reading Gone Girl instead - just couldn't put it down!
Hope everyone has nice plans for the bank holiday.Hobnobs are like marines0 -
