happy birthday murie
freespirit so glad your stuff is all back and sorted now
im still getting the page come up invitiing me to update java so something not right but i know know its a fake page so i just close it - it looks really convincing its only the addy bar that gives it away as i had it pointed out to me it doesnt start with www
over the weekend i had my pintrest account hacked. why would anyone bother doing that?????? when i logged in it said i was in safe mode and needed to change my password because of unusual activity.
then i noticed i had a board i hadnt started with an advert link on, a web addy under my name saying it was my homepage and my location was paris. lies all lies. ive changed the password and put everything right on it now.
oh suns out so washing will be soon, well as soon as ive finished reading on here and had a coffee that is LOL
looking out of the window ive just had to smile the lid has blown off or been left of the compost bin and i keep noticing bits fly out of it - just spotted the culprit, a little robin is having a rummage not sure if its food or nesting hes after but hes really going for it.
re storage ideas OMO, in a mag i got this month theres a nice bthroom storage rack made from a hand towel, its folded up then sewn to create pockets with just a hem along the top to slip a dowel through. looks quite good and would make a nice gift with cordinated items added to the pockets.
hope all are well and everyone has a good moment in their day.SPC~12 ot 124

I have DD at home today. She had a little melt down this morning. She just hates 6th form and has no friends there. I have spoken to the head of her year and she DD is having a meeting with her and another teacher tomorrow. They are thinking about DD starting again next year with a different group of students.
She is just walking Mia and then we are going out for a girly afternoon. I'm just hoping the downpour we had about half an hour ago was a one off.0 -

Just popping on to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY JJ - if anyone deserves a great day it has to be you.
Been poorly this week although had a lovely weekend with DGD. She's such a gem - every time I see her I'm just hit by this huge wave of love, it's just amazing. Really hoping I'm well enough to have DGS2 tomorrow. He's three months old now and totally fascinating (and he's got a gorgeous chubby face and fat legs - I could eat him lol). On a Wednesday my sister has DGS1 and I have DGS2 so DD1 gets a break and we get lots of cuddles!
Hugs to all that need them. I don't post often but I do read every day and love reading about what you're all up to.
OMO - must admit I don't do useful pressies myself - one year my mum bought me tea towels, I was gutted. I did try to hide it, honest I did, but I think my face must have said it all because the family still talk about it now lol. Another year she bought me a new toilet seat - still not sure why :rotfl:It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -

had to smile at that my mum does useful little pressies and tries to get my girls similar so it was quite funny at christmas when one opened microfibre teatowels and the other DD spotted them and said oh i hope their from gran because id really like some of those:rotfl:SPC~12 ot 124

Happy birthday JJ!
Belated happy birthday, Murie!
Just popping on to say I saw a tv ad for Galaxy chocs and they're doing a promo for kindle books with their small choc bars. Each small bar (approx 55p?) with the banner on contains a code which will give you a free kindle book from a selection of 10 titles. Mentioned this to hubby who came home with ten bars of it, so we can have all the books! The bigger bars have an offer on to win a kindle, if anyone is interested in that too.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27
