    does it have integral freeview?

Yes, according to the Q&A on the page...
    "Thanks for your question...

Yes, this model features a built-in digital Freeview receiver, no additional equipment is required for receiving UK Freeview, just an aerial connection is needed.

  • :wave:Hi all,
I've just popped in for my twice weekly fix.:)
On New Years Eve I gave my DD18 the jar with the instructions on to record thoughts, feelings and fun things in 2014 which will be read on NYE this year.. I have just been in her room with some clean washing and note the jar is filling up nicely so I started wondering what I could do for this Christmas.

I am taking inspiration from Freespirit66.
I love reading your challenges and your son has done a fantastic job with gifts to accompany some of them. :A
I have begun to write a list of things my daughter can do such as a bubble bath, count how many different birds she can see in 5 minutes, have a hot chocolate.......
I am going to print them off and fold into little squares and fill a jar with 365 of them. This means she has a "lucky dip" every day.
I think I need to go back and check out some of your daily challenges to help me.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I may be some time

nitnurse-not2 - Thats really cute! I love the idea of the NYE jars I always say I'm going to do one then never get round to it maybe I'll start now, better late than never eh!! My nanny died on NYE a few years ago, so it quickly turned into my least favourite time of year. I've not watched the fire works since. Keep thinking it would be nice thing to open remember the good times. x
OMO - I'm a big big fan of lights under kitchen cupboards!! B&Q also do these little led lights I'm sure the indoor ones are pretty reasonably priced might be worth keeping an eye out if you can't find the right rope light :)

I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

We did the food shopping, then i spent the afternoon doing yesterdays challenge and started reading one of my Carole Matthews books, so nice and relaxing. Then spent tonight sobbing at The Voice, about 3 different times i must be feeling very emotional atm :D

Thanks for all your lovely comments guys :o your all so lovely and supportive.

Today I managed about 7 minutes downstairs. The pain was too much at one point I was laying face down not he bed with a freezing flannel on my head contemplating weather or not to cave my head into the radiator! Thankfully after it peaked it eased.

It's so hard not to give in and go to the hospital but I don't want a repeat two weeks of nothing getting done! I'm on day 7 of bad pain so surely it can ease soon?!

    Anyway

freespirit rudimental were amazing live we were right at the front no one in front of us was brilliant!

nan mums ok thanks she's so supportive as always!

Going to find a film to watch on iPad if head can cope! The first hour after painkillers is most productive xx

  • Had a lovely day with my Mum, tbh the Constable Exhibition was a little disappointing. I was expecting it to be bigger but it was all local paintings he had done so we went to find one of the mills after. Nice to see them in a non crowded room tho. Had the obligatory tea and cakes but when we went to the gift shop it had closed at 3.30! Their loss and I probably saved some pennies!
Stayed and had dinner with Mum and Dad then showed them both FaceTime and Skype.......Heaven help me!!
Lazy day today, housework, dog walking and may even pick up some of my quilting.

  • Morning, I think the gods must have had beans for supper, the wind outside here is horrific. Wouldn't dare put washing out.
JJ oh, my dear, you are suffering, and still so brave. I hope it passes and you get some relief. Disappointed, but not surprised that the faculties are blaming each other, its surprising that they haven't found some poor nurse to blame, that is usually their excuse!
Freespirit, you have inspired me, I have a tray of earlies ready to plant, so I will brave the wind. (ground is so wet they will have to go into a patio bag.)
Yesterday was lovely, Fave cous took me out, went to the nearest outlet village and we had a super poke-about-a-lot, buy-a-bit- time.
Free coffee there due to loyalty cards, and free coffee on the way home thanks to D*bies garden centre. DS2 visited in the evening to give me his £5 morris*ns miles voucher, then HM soup and a single malt to round the day off. I am a very lucky mrs Invis.
Today will be skype and DGS coming, so I best get up and dressed.
