Vueling Airlines

My husband had a delay of more than three hours last June on a flight from Cardiff to Alicante.
I contacted Vueling, on his behalf, and they wouldn't entertain the claim, so I sent all the relevant paperwork to the CAA.
Copies of all letters and documents were sent to both the CAA and Vueling.
On 04 October, I received an email from the CAA containing the attached information:
We have now sent your complaint back to the airline for their reassessment and they will respond to you directly within the next eight weeks.
We have closed your complaint and are unable to enter into further correspondence on this issue as your complaint is with the airline for a reassessment.
Please note that at this stage, we have not made an assessment as to whether compensation may be due on your specific claim under the Regulation.
To date, I have heard absolutely nothing.

Perhaps look at starting a claim using the ESCP as mentioned in the Ryanair thread.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

you have 3 options
1) court yourself
2) court through NWNF
3) forger about it
if 1 - NBA to Vueling, give them 14 days to pay then court - info in the FAQs
When you say Vueling would not entertain a claim - what was their actual response?0
