Going to be collected today,got to wait 7-10 days for refund to show on my account and then i can ring up and order a new one at the same price as Black Friday deal.Hopefully all will go well.

I dont wish to be negative, but bearing in mind your having this much trouble returning a faulty item, I think you might struggle to get them to drop the price again.0 -

Hi had to ring to rearrange collection,and i asked if there was a note on my account.The reply was that i could reorder at the original price so fingers crossed.0 -
