Can someone find a better/cheaper 32" TV?

Options
Hello everyone,
As the title suggest I'm looking for a 32" TV, I will look for a wall stand on ebay as I believe for that ebay is the best place;however I would rather get a TV from mainstream as it's easy to return in case there's a problem with it.

This is the TV i found

Can you guys find me something cheaper than that or are you aware of any voucher that I can use to get it for cheap?:)

  • Why don't you just Google it yourself? Richer Sounds and John Lewis have a price promise.

I have, I wouldn't be here if I had found something.

I checked the price for the same model on ebay and other sites just to see how much difference is there.

I've used vouchercodes website to see if there was any that could be used to apply for discount but didn't find anything.

I thought it would be a nice idea to ask here as someone might have some better tricks like the one you mentioned "(richer sounds and john lewis) which I never heard about before.

Thank you for that helpful piece of information.
  • What about this one for £99 from Tesco online, add this code:
TDX-7DXM and get it for £89!

Best deal I've seen so far, yeah Ok it's not an all bells and whistles top of the line "smart" tv but still :money:

Thank you, that TV seems unavailable btw.

@moneyineptitude, why do you say it looks crap? it's not a smart tv, I'm not looking for one, from the specs it's classified as A+ energy efficieny. it sounds good; if you know something about it that I'm not aware of then please do tell.

Sold out so moot to discuss, but looks like the kind of supermarket cheapie that is almost guaranteed to fail within the first year. No surprise to me it's been so heavily discounted for a quick sell-off.

Have you ever heard of that brand of TV ? I haven't either.

Both of those sets are HD Ready, not HD, so if you want HD pictures you'll need a HD source like a cable or satellite box or Freeview or Freesat HD PVR.
  • The thread is headed:

    "Can someone find a better/cheaper 32" TV?" - talk about a moving target !!

If you want it "cheaper" go to Tesco (£89): the TV will be junk and the after sales service non existent - but that is what was asked for.

If you want "better" go to JL. 32" Panny, £369 with 5 yr warranty: top notch TV and good service - and that is what was asked for too.

Blaupunkt is a subsidiary of Bosch and was well known for it car audio.

However, even well known brands make 'special' equipment made down to supermarket prices; these model numbers being available only at the supermarket.
