Christmas tray inc wine and wicker basket £7.50 was £30

Think the wine and basket alone are worth that
Ordered this yesterday and just collected from local Waitrose. The wine is worth £5, basket is slightly flimsier than expected, nuts & shortbread are TINY, cake slice & buttons look lovely although Christmassy. It isn't wrapped as nicely as the 3rd pic on the website (red tissue paper instead of straw, no bow) but ok for £7.50. I'd be annoyed if paid £30 :rotfl:0 -

I also collected this one this week. Was a bit disappointed as I wanted to keep the cellophane and bow to make up a hamper for someone next Christmas.
However, I suppose not bad for £7.50. I agree with you about everything being very tiny and would never have paid £30 for it!Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
