Is Christmas a bad time to let a house?

There may be tenants who were given notice by their landlord recently and are looking for a place to go to. They don't really have a choice about the time of year it is.

It would seem that not many agents put new properties on in the 2 week xmas/NY period as we have really struggled and have finally settled on something that isn't amazing, but hopefully will only be for 12 to 18 months!

I think it's more an issue of trying to find agents who will operate during this time. Personally, I'd prefer to move during this period compared to November or January, but the agents didn't want to have it that way!!0

I don't believe such. What I guess that the mental set up is all what restricts us in taking a decision. For me like Christmas, New Year every time is the best option to let a house.0
