I think all holidays, uk or abroad are on the rise Sheils. I priced up Butlins for us for a few days and I may as well book abroad for the price quoted! I can only take school holidays though but I've got a lot of things to contend with coming up so it will be just overnight somewhere if anything for us.
I don't blame you booking nights away, your kids are growing up so grab it while you can

Bucketing down again here. So glad I caught my night away OK although it was carefully studied for the weather.
Hope you manage a little break wingo although if I were you I would avoid Butlins. I don't even enter their comps except for the new hotel they have in Bognor Regis. My favourite is Parkdean but don't think there are any near you. It is always difficult to stay in hotels with 5 peeps. Good Luck finding something. If there is anything I can help with give me a shout.
ILC sent me a message on twitter last week and still didn't seem to be herself. Think Alfie pops in occasionally as I see she likes posts.
Off to do the Dailies now, sticking with them now they are manageable.

Hope you are having a nice day Sylvia.Haven't decided about abroad yet Sylvia, DH desperate to go but still worried about kids. If DS3 decides to move jobs DD would be left on her own so it wouldn't be until late Sept or Oct. If I won one it would take the decision out of our hands and we would go! TBH it isn't the money although it is amazing how many nice breaks I am getting for so little money.

Hope you are coping with all the puzzles FF! Enjoyed the video.

Hope everyone gets the porridge - bet I won't be able to find any before the voucher runs out. It looks good. They are handy to take away when a hotel doesn't supply breakfast.

The iTunes and Spa vouchers arrived which was quick but looks like the nearest Spa places are between 60 and 100 miles away. DH also had a WEM from same comp for 3 Hello fresh meal boxes what ever they are. Sounds interesting anyway. :j
