Well done on your wins Katie & Sylvia and I'm glad you got your glasses sorted out FF and elle. I still don't use a fraction of the things on my Xperia phone.

Took DD to the Drs and he doesn't think it is asthma but the result of a virus. He has given her an inhaler to use when she is doing sport and she has to go back in 2 weeks. Hopefully she will be OK by then. He was a lovely young doctor - makes such a change from some of the grumpy old ones.

Thanks FF & Sylvia. DD's PE teacher was worried about her being short of breath but Dr says she is not wheezing or anything. Has put her mind at rest too.
Hope the new glasses will be better FF. DH going to get an old filling replaced tomorrow morning so he will be in bad fettle when he can't eat his lunch!

We had roast chicken Sylvia. Chickens seem to be smaller these days.

Love a roast chicken Sheils we got a piece of pork from Morrisons that was only £4 and there is enough for a sandwich for lunch tomorrow and evening meal so it was a good buy.

Glad you got your new glasses fire**fly & ellemm I need new ones since my son sat on mine....2 yrs ago I've just been wearing my contacts or old glasses when watching tv!

Been a bit naughty and booked another nights stay. Have been keeping an eye on Best Western hotels and another one I was watchings availability kept going down so I have booked a nights B&B for £40.60 for 23rd March. The date I was after earlier vanished before my eyes and will never get it cheaper than that as it is a fairly expensive hotel. Prices are away up in April.
