must admit my fave is tomato & basil :drool: :j
you don't have to use fresh stock,

a vegetable stock cube works just as well :j
& half the time I use left over cold potatoes with veg stock cube to make a potato & vege soup & add my own herbs/seasonings

Morning all,

Just popped in while waiting on DH to finish his shower so we can go to breakfast. Haven't had breakfast in a Holiday Inn for years as they are so expensive. They are usually really good though.

Hope you have had fun spending your voucher ILC and enjoy your choices when they come.

Sylvia, I damaged my laptop screen while travelling too. It was so annoying. I didn't replace the screen as it needed a new battery etc too and laptops seem to be going down in price all the time. I am really careful with the new one. I use some of the stuff it came with so it can't move in its case. The old one would be handy for DS3 though so let me know how you get on.

One of these days I will get a soup maker FF - waiting on another Amazon Voucher win.

Off to Morecambe and then Lancaster today I think. Hoping to eat at Bella Italia as we have Tesco Tokens to spend there. Failing that I fancy fish and chips from Morecambe. Got a few gift vouchers to spend as well.

That's lovely of your OH elle - hope you have a nice meal.

Had a lovely breakfast here - loads of different fruits with yoghurt, scrambled egg and bacon followed by pancakes with syrup for me. Really good. Off to walk some of it off now. Weather has been really good for December, sunny and not too cold.
