OMG I wished I had caught myself on camera! Usually the post van doesn't call around here until mid morning but he arrived early today at 7.30! As I was still in my nightie and in my bedroom, I grabbed my jeans to pull them on - AHHHH but as I did, my foot got caught and I went flying into my ensuite I really banged my knee on the tiled floor and only just managed to stumble downstairs to open the door! With a flustered look on my face, a bed head and with my nightie tucked into my jeans, the postie winked and said 'did I catch you at a bad time!?' Hee hee I did laugh but wasn't amused when he asked me to take a parcel in for my neighbour! A big bruise on my knee and ego - all for nothing! Doh! Hope you day starts better than mine!

Morning all, didn't manage in here yesterday catching up after late night out with my pals Have a great time, lovely meal and lots of laughs as usual.

OH's DS3 and his girlfriend came over to search for flights for Crete and got them booked up for 10 days from 30th May so really looking forward to having them visit us.

Good morning everyone, we have a heavy frost here this morning but the sun is shining. Up earlier today as have to take the car in for service and MOT

Oh BlueBella, I know its very rude of me to laugh but found you post funny. Sorry you hurt your knee Isn't it always the same when we rush to answer the door when we are half dressed that its for someone else? I think the postie should have a different knock when its not for you so we don't have to rush.

Glad you OH's DS3 managed to get their flights booked to come and see you in Crete Elle it will be lovely having them to stay.

Ahhh thanks guys - I have a huge blue lump on my knee but it gives me a good laugh every time I think of the way I fell! I've just come back from taking the doggie out and it is bitterly cold out there so just made myself a nice latte. Such a bright Spring-like day too - not a cloud in the sky and the sun is shining! Wishing us all some luck today!
