    Not on Strip but very close and a free shuttle if you don't want to drive- The Orleans have suites I'd call reasonably priced for Vegas.

    Marriott Grande Chateau and Wyndham Grand Desert Resort apparently have 3 bed suites.

    how much are you prepared to pay
    Why does it have to be main strip?
    Platinum do a stonking huge corner suite with wrap around balcony, I think they sleep 6
    The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

    OP would like 3 bedrooms due to mother and sister not wanting to share I think it was? However I could see how a 2 bed might work if one of them would be prepared to sleep in the living area if there was a bed of some sort. I believe they are huge 2 bed suites at Platinum!! Never been in one though. Stoneman - did you ever try the big suite? I'm not sure I really see the need unless travelling with others, as it's really just another bedroom and more living space (which you would want if there were 4 of you for example). The new colours at the pool were nice to see this year :)

    We ever stayed in the big suite but got to have a look around one. It was huge. 2 bedrooms and a roll out bed in the lounge area, plus of course the kitchen and washing machine, would be perfect for a family. And of course not nearly as expensive as staying in one on the strip.

    Have a look at this baby, and around $400 a night (but I'm sure we could get that down for them );

    The pool colours were nice, but the beds are just the old brown ones painted white, one broke on us it was so rotten

  • Question all:

    Read this great guide, about the flights, it says the longer you leave it to the departure date, the more of a deal can be had.

    I want to depart of 31 of October, flights (direct) with Virgin/Delta are sitting at £640. Kayak.com says that the flights might come down a bit more, what's peoples thoughts if I leave it another week are they likely to go down?

    Thanks :)

    Where did you read they will go down?

    If you are happy with the price book it

    they may go down or they may go up or there may be none left on Virgin as their flights are often full

    That advice tends to refer to charter rather than scheduled flights.
    If you aren't locked into those dates then you could take a punt on waiting for the Virgin scheduled flights going down - but for Vegas my personal experience is it would be unlikely and I wouldn't wait. (Mind you I wouldn't pay £600 in the first place for Virgin especially off season)
