Ok so my credit rating is pretty poor - have the following already:
Royal Bank of scotland £2430 limit of £2500 15.9%
Virgin Money £4000 limit of £4000 15.9% i think
Marks and Spencer money £4000 limit of £4000 15.9%?
BArclaycard flex rate £850 limit of £900 14.9% flexirate card
I am wondering of there is anychance of reducing the amount of interest i am paying to the other three - especially marks and sparks as it is costing me £100 per month on that, and nearly the same for the virgin one.
I pay approx £70 to RBS every month too.
I have loans too so obviusly my credit people can see i am struggling thus i cant apply for much!
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

I'm totally new at dealing with credit cards, but it looks to me like as you can't get new cards, you will need to ask what deals they will give you on existing cards.
see the shuffle article http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/cut-credit-card-interest
If you can ask each of your current card providers what deals they can do regards interest rates or Balance Transfers, you may get offers which will enable you to swap Between accounts and reduce the interest and/or rates.
Have you asked for credit or signed up for a mobile agreement in the last 6 months? Have you checked you credit rating to see if it is bad, or are you just assuming it is? A few people on here have said they have 9 or more cards. Take a look at a few of the articles and posts to see if there is anything you can do to get a better credit score.
Hopefully a few of the old hands will give better advice, but i think this is where you should start. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110 -

My advice to you is that you have too much credit and all your cards are maxed out so you should be looking to budget not apply for more cards.
You are going down a slippery slope im afraid and as creditors can see your credit file it seems at present that you will not get any more credit.
Your title is poor credit rating - best card.
Your not going to get any 0% offers with a poor credit rating.
In fact if you want my honest opinion you should ask for help on the debt free wannabe board. There are some helpful people there.0
