this helps - just have to figure out if my phone is locked or unlocked and if it is locked is there an unlocked phone in the house somewhere ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Decided to treat myself to a Battleship Radio, for bathtime, only 50p ... "Re-live your childhood" it says - oh I certainly will:)'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

She's even cleared the sheds of all stashes. God she must of had loads of family (parents, sister, nieces) helping her this morning!!! It's all gone and I don't have her new address!!!
Even the bailiffs wouldn't do that to you!
You must have some recourse, surely she cannot take literally everything....half must be yours!?"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

Difficult to prove and difficult when I don't know where she is!! She said she would give me half the mony but she's reneged on that because of pressure from her parents!!
On a lighter side, this made me smile.0 -

Been a busy week trying to sort things out!! it was my son's birthday yesterday, so today I took him and his family to Bridgwater to see his Nan (my mum). Started early so I could get back and have a talk with the wife. So I was a bit surprised to come back and find....
Empty kitchen!!! all ornaments, pictures, pots and pans gone!!!
And this, somethings missing, can you guess what?
Again, all ornaments, pictures and a 42" tv!!!!!!!!
A few bits that she's left.
Funny enough, I thought there was something about today, What was it now. Ah yes, that's it.....
12 years to the day since we first got together.
She moved into her new place today. The games have begun!!!!

also havent you alway wanted to put a picture of your fave supermodel/lady u like up there:eek::eek::D
the kinder you are to her the more it will kill her
iv been where you are and i was a fool and raised to bate felt good at the time but oh how i would handle it differently these

Half is definitely his unless everything was wedding presents. The courts do tend to leave presents with the party of the side of the family they were given from. Everything bought since since marrying will be equally theirs and she should not have taken it.
Scamps do you have an official separation date yet?0 -

Yes tomorrow for my foot!!
dunno how I'm going to afford a solicitor as she's wiped the bank accounts clean. I'm literally penniless. I haven't had a drink or a fag for 2 days as I can't afford them!!
She's even cleared the sheds of all stashes. God she must of had loads of family (parents, sister, nieces) helping her this morning!!! It's all gone and I don't have her new address!!!

Thanks for the help. I've signed up now - did it on my desktop computer but have now found it on my iPad. I'll see how it goes - will have to cancel around 20 Jan as will be away in Sri Lanka at the end of the month. Thats well after the 7 day period so should be OK.ELITE 5:2
